On the Night

Our team arrives ahead of your guests to set up in the reception, networking zone or break area. We liaise with your venue to find the optimum position and have everything ready before the first guests arrive.
The open-air design makes it naturally social. Our professional attendant is on site throughout, welcoming guests and ensuring the branded experience runs exactly as planned.

Key practical and contractual information for event managers and corporate bookers.
We require access to the venue at least 60 minutes before the event starts to set up the pod. Please confirm load-in times and any lift/goods-entrance restrictions with your venue coordinator in advance.
The pod requires a standard 13A UK mains socket within 5 metres of the unit. For venues without accessible sockets near the event space, please check with the venue team before booking.
A smartly dressed, professional attendant is present throughout the entire hire period. They manage the pod, assist guests, and ensure the experience runs smoothly from start to finish.
All guest contact details collected via SMS or email sharing are processed in accordance with UK GDPR. Data is used solely to deliver photos unless guests actively opt in to further contact from your organisation.
All equipment is PAT tested annually and we carry £5 million public liability insurance. Certificates are available on request for your venue, procurement team or event organiser.
A deposit secures your booking. Cancellations more than 28 days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund — see our full terms for the cancellation schedule.
